1) Spl. Public Prosecutor for N.I.A

(National Investigation Agency) [working from 25.8.2011 to till dat]

Vide appointment published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part – II, Dt. 25.8.2011 by the Ministry of Home Affairs as a Special Public Prosecutor for conducting the cases of NIA in the Territory of Andhra Pradesh. Again the Ministry of Home Affairs (Internal Security-I Division) Notification published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part – II, Dt. 30.1.2015 as a Special Public Prosecutor for conducting NIA cases in the Territory of the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Dealing and appearing on behalf of NIA in the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad in Fake Currency smuggling cases from Bangladesh and Pakistan and successfully achieved conviction for the accused and also protected the State interest by opposing their bails in the Appeals and finally court has not granted any bail till date.

Dealt and appeared on behalf of NIA in the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad in Macca Majid Bomb Blast Case.

Dealing with Dilsukhnagar Blast Case as a Special Public Prosecutor for NIA and arguing to confirm Death Sentence of 5 accused who are responsible for the death of 18 persons and 140 persons injured.

2) Worked as Asst. Solicitor General of India for the Common High Court of Telangana & A.P.

(from 1.9.2012 to 31.7.2015 appointed by Ministry of Law & Justice vide Order No. 36(22)/2012-Judl)

Appeared on behalf of Union of India and represented all the Central Government Departments including all the Ministries, Army, Navy, Air Force, Central Excise & Customs and other 100 departments before Hon’ble High Court and appeared in more than 1000 cases and successfully protected the interest of the Central Government. Following are landmark

Cases:-

i) Succeeded in protecting the interest of the Army in Army Roads closure case in Army Areas and instrumental for obtaining Judgement in favour of Army as the public has no right to enter into Army Roads and its establishments.

ii) Succeeded in protecting the interest of the Ministry of Aviation in the writ petition filed by GMR Green Air Port seeking the enhancement of charges.

iii) Successfully defended and protected the central government cases before the Hon’ble High Court.

3) Standing Counsel for Dental Council of India, Working as a Standing Counsel for DCI from 2011 before the Hon’ble High Court.

As advocate appeared and defended several sensational, VIP and High Profile Cases in the High Court and also other Sub-Ordinate Courts.

And several other private cases successfully filed and defended on behalf of the clients.

Mr. Reddy's work has been documented in prestigious law journals, with 90 of his cases being landmark judgments that have impacted legal precedents. He is an elected member of the Bar Council of India as Chairman of the Rules Committee, which is the Apex body of Lawyers of the Country maintaining high ethical and professional standards in the legal Profession.

Additionally, Mr. Reddy actively contributes to legal academia as a member of various councils, including the General, Executive, and Academic Council at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, and the General and Executive Council at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.

He has held prominent positions such as Special Public Prosecutor for the National Investigation Agency (NIA) before the Hon'ble High Court of Telangana, Assistant Solicitor General of India represented the Union of India before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana during the period of 2011 to 2014, and also served as Standing Counsel for the Dental Council of India.
